16 Sep Thinking About Engaging Our Team? Our Typical Engagement Process Goes Like This
In a typical engagement, the RPM consultant will initially solicit data and other information from your office. Once on-site, the consultant will interview relevant administrators, physicians, and staff, evaluate key operational performance issues and assess specific business processes. Following our on-site work, the consultant will analyze the findings and present a formal report. Typically, this process is performed completely online. Although many clients choose to implement recommendations on their own, you have the option to request additional assistance from the consultant assigned to your case. Being hands-on, getting our feet wet, and performing the work with your employees is what sets us apart because we’re invested in your success.
Following our on-site work, the consultant will analyze the findings and present a formal report. Typically, this process is performed completely online.
After the initial discussion, the consultant will provide a formal engagement proposal specifying our understanding of your needs and objectives, summarizing our activities, and addressing anticipated costs. Fees may be based on hourly, daily, or project rates. Estimates may be based on “not-to-exceed” amounts, which will protect your investment. If additional time is required, the work will not be performed without your approval. If our time falls below the estimate, you will only be charged for the work accrued. Once your organization accepts the proposal, Remote Practice Managers executes the contract and makes arrangements for conducting the engagement.
